3. Pricing & Quotations

• All pricing is quote-based and subject to change.
• GST will be applicable as per government norms.
• Quotes are valid for a limited period only.

4. Service Delivery Conditions

• Client must provide access, hardware, and environment readiness.
• Installer Guru will deliver as per agreed scope & timeline.

5. Licenses & Ownership

All software licenses (Sophos, TSplus, Windows CAL, etc.) follow vendor terms and are non-refundable.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for data loss due to client-side issues.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by hardware failures, ISP issues, or environmental problems.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (Rajasthan jurisdiction).
