Cancellation & Refund Policy

Installer Guru provides specialized IT installations, configurations, licensing, and custom development services. Due to the nature of this work, refunds are limited.
1. Service Cancellation
Before work starts: Full refund possible.
After work starts: No refund for:
- Remote or onsite configuration work started
- License activation done
- Server or AD setup actions initiated
- Custom development begun
2. Software Licensing
Licenses (Sophos, TSplus, Tally cloud RDP, Windows CALs, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Hardware Orders
All hardware is vendor-based; refunds depend on vendor policy. Installed/open-box hardware cannot be returned.
4. Website / ERP / Custom Software
These are milestone-based and non-refundable once development begins.
5. Rework & Support
Reinstallation, fixes, or adjustments will be provided if included in project scope.
